All orders with a custom length are subject at a +/- 1” tolerance. All measurements provided need to be based on measurements that were taken from actually measuring the bride and not based on the sample gown. No returns/repairs/exchanges/credits will be permitted if the custom length is within the one inch +/- tolerance for all custom length gowns.
