Every Casablanca Bridal order is given a "Delivery Window" which exists of a Start Ship and End Ship Date.
This is to better manage our Production Schedule and provide a more accurate delivery for your gown or accessory. Therefore, it is also extremely important that the correct wear date is communicated at the time the order is placed to ensure accuracy of receiving the gown in time for a brides big day, or not too far in advance. Please inform your Customer Service Specialist at the time of ordering if there are any special circumstances (bridal portraits, bride is leaving the area or flying into the area, etc.) associated with an order.
The "Approx Ship Date' quoted on the order is the EARLIEST date that your item(s) could ship from our warehouse in Anaheim, CA.
The "Approx End Ship Date" is the LATEST date that the items(s) could ship from our warehouse.
Casablanca Bridal always strives to ship based on the quoted Approximate Ship Date, however, delays within the global supply chain could cause your order to ship from our facility towards the end of the delivery window.
Delivery windows are also based on the Type of Item being ordered and/or the level of customizations added to the order. In addition we have many Rush Options as well as our Quick Delivery Program for brides needing a gown ASAP. Click HERE (for US) to view our Quick Delivery Styles on NuORDER.
We also include a 45 day buffer from the Approximate Ship Date, for Special Order Gowns and 30 day for Accessories to ensure that the gown is delivered prior to the wear date.
